By visiting our pages, the server automatically log’s Informations, which can not be attributed to any particular person. This information includes when somebody visited us, the browser or other technical details. This Information is for statistical purposes but might of course also be used in case of digital incidents against the pages. This information will not be forwarded to any third party.
2. Usage of personal Data
Personal data will only be kept, if it is transmitted on purpose by the user in case of contact or other similar uses. This also goes for newsletters. We will not sell this data! If you would like to hava your data deleted, you may contact us of course.
3. Information, Modification or Deletion of your Data
By law you are always allowed to contact us, to get any information about what we have saved about you. This also goes of course for modifying your data.
4. Security of Data
We try by all methods which are at our disposal to protect your data! The traffic between you and us is usually encrypted and we recommend that if you would like to send extra sensitive data to us, that you should contact us in advance.
5. Statistics and Management Tools
We are using Google Analytics for our Statistics. We might also be using Cookies for parts of our website. We are also using a centralized tool for keeping our websites up to date. Our site sits on a server in Germany.
Until 2020 we tried to do this by ourselves but we changed to Google due to the workload.
6. Legal issues
If we should receive any legal request from the authorities, we will do everything to cooperate asap! As well we will be prosecuting every illegal action upon our site by all methods. Our Site is under Luxembourg jurisdiction and the site is hosted in Germany.
